Completed demographic data requirements for 21st CCLC APR reporting - mapped all required fields (English Learner, disability, economic disadvantage) enabling Nicole to generate federally-required reports. Federal 21st CCLC APR requires student demographics (race/ethnicity, sex, English Learner status, disability status, economic disadvantage). Needed to identify which Aeries fields contain this data and establish access.

Field Mappings

  • English Learner Status: Stu.LF field via Students API - L = English Learner, R = Reclassified, E = English Only, F = Initially Fluent, W = Waiting to test
  • Disability Status: Stu.U1 or Stu.U2 via Students API - any non-blank value indicates student has disability (e.g., S = Speech, R = RSP)
  • Economic Disadvantage: FRE.CD field not accessible via API - Raena providing manual student ID list with F/R status (F=Free, R=Reduced, P=Paid). Requires privacy protection - no visible markers in Attendly staff/parent portals.
  • Race/Ethnicity & Sex: Already accessible via Students API (RaceCode1-5, EthnicityCode, Gender)
  • Siblings: Using FamilyKey to count siblings served
