ASSIST Compliance Audit Across Three Districts
Completed comprehensive program tagging audits for Romoland, SAUSD, and Beaumont ahead of the January 31 ASSIST reporting deadline. Each district required verification that programs are correctly tagged with funding sources, program types, and demographic categories to ensure accurate state compliance submissions.
This work clears the path for Surya to schedule review meetings with each district team before the deadline. The audits covered all active programs across the three districts, checking tag consistency and identifying any gaps that could affect ASSIST reporting accuracy.

SAUSD Attendance Recovery Dashboard Launch
Set up the full Attendance Recovery dashboard suite for SAUSD, adding it to their District Dashboards collection. This was a priority deliverable to support their Student Support Services team, with an in-person sync scheduled for January 7 to walk through AR projections and dashboard functionality.
Created AR projections specifically for SAUSD to give their team visibility into expected attendance recovery outcomes and help them plan intervention strategies.

Early Care & Extended Care Report Generalization
Converted Romoland’s date-specific Early Care and Extended Care response queries into a reusable reporting system. The original queries were hardcoded to the “Dec 13” Saturday AR program, requiring new queries for each event.
The generalized approach matches programs by their registration question content rather than program name patterns, using metadata queries to find any program with Early Drop-off and Extended Day questions. Added a program dropdown filter so admin can select which event to view without needing developer intervention. This eliminates recurring query work for every Saturday AR registration cycle going forward.

SJCA Dashboard Configuration
Got dashboards working for San Jacinto Charter Academy (SJCA), resolving configuration issues that were blocking their access to district reporting. Also updated the Student Roster Report to properly handle both SJCA and Fruitvale district variations.
