- Romoland AR Credit/Debit Tracker - Delivered Flask dashboard showing $165,413 recovered from 1,977 AR days across Summer/TuTh/Saturday/Intersession programs; implemented “running balance” algorithm with annihilation model for correct month attribution per P1/P2/P3 reporting logic (ATT-1928)
- YES! Sports Demographic Program Report (Oakland) - Built 9-query Explo dashboard for Chen showing participant demographics, multi-program engagement, and activity minutes across 3,134 students; supports OUSD equity analysis (ATT-1987)
- Winters AR Projections Dashboard - Built interactive funding projection showing $45,065 recoverable from 64 students (avg 9.82 days each); deployed to Vercel for Nicole Jordan to share with district leadership (ATT-2075)
- Winter Scholars Reports (Beaumont) - Generalized SOV query for 2-question format (transportation + AR consent per Ed Code 37223); generated 243 print-ready ID cards with 4 emergency contacts per student (ATT-1949, ATT-1950)
- 21st CCLC APR Demographics Setup - Configured demographics reporting for Winters federal grant compliance; aligned ASES/21st CCLC/ELO-P tagging across 26 programs with Nicole Jordan
- SAUSD ASP/BSP Reporting Standardization - Standardized enrollment/waitlist/ADA reports to exclude Engage 360 and filter waitlists to current/future only; removed 1,215 invalid Past program entries affecting capacity tracking across 40+ sites
